Creating, strengthening, implementing, and developing a clear vision of commercial success is what drives me every day — and what inspired me to found Hypevision in 2023.

I’m Elodie Usai-Monteiro, business and marketing consultant.

After studying Business & Marketing in France and the United States, I began my career in communication agencies, where I held roles as Account Manager and later as Head of Media and Commerce departments. After moving to Brussels in 2015, I had the opportunity to cover more than 15 markets (Europe and the U.S.) and to work with over 40 clients, including major groups such as L’Oréal, Nestlé, Unilever, Danone, Philips, MediaMarkt, Cofidis, and Quick.

Since 2023, I’ve been leading Hypevision, an agency serving multiple clients across the Belgian and French markets, with one clear mission: accelerating their business growth.
